Of course! Any shoes cleaner or a classic wash with warm water & soap can be used with shoe cleaning tools.

Customs are typically completed within 2-4 weeks from the date of payment. If you need it sooner, we do have a rush order option that comes at an additional charge.

Yes! It's best to direct message us or send an email in regard to your order and the ideal completion date. All rush orders will be subject to an extra $100 charge.

Yes, we can customize other shoes - preferably all leather shoes. Our top 3 base shoes to work on are Air Force 1s, Nike Dunks, & Jordan 1 Lows.
